We are seeking an experienced In-House Social Media Manager to manage and grow our presence across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of increasing followers, creating engaging content, and monitoring Meta advertising performance to maximize results.
Content Creation & Management
Plan, create, and publish engaging content across:
Instagram (Reels, Stories, posts, captions, and community engagement)
TikTok (short-form videos, content ideas, scripts, and posting schedules)
Facebook (posts, Reels, page management, and audience engagement)
Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
Identify trends and opportunities to increase reach and engagement.
Coordinate with photographers, videographers, or editors when required.
Audience Growth
Grow followers and engagement using proven social media strategies.
Optimize content based on performance data and platform trends.
Build an active and engaged online community.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track key metrics including:
Follower growth
Reach and impressions
Engagement rates
Video performance
Provide regular performance reports and recommendations for improvement.
Meta Ads Monitoring
Monitor Facebook and Instagram ad spend daily.
Track spend versus performance and identify issues early.
Review and implement relevant recommendations from Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite.
Coordinate with management regarding budget allocation and campaign performance.
Community Management
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
Maintain a positive brand image and customer experience.
Must Have
Proven success growing social media accounts (please provide examples and results).
Portfolio showcasing content created or managed.
Strong copywriting skills for captions, scripts, hooks, and calls-to-action.
Experience using Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and consistently in an in-house environment.
Preferred
Basic video editing skills.
Experience supporting lead generation, sales, or messaging campaigns.
Knowledge of TikTok Analytics, Instagram Insights, and Meta reporting tools.
Experience working with service-based businesses is a plus.
