Senior Staff Visual Specialist (Photo & Video)

What You'll Do

Creative Concept Development

• Develop photography and video concepts that reflect the ZUMA DNA: Witty, Aesthetic, and Cool Fashion.

• Translate campaign briefs into moodboards, storyboards, shot lists, and visual directions.

• Research fashion, lifestyle, and social media trends to generate fresh content ideas.

Photography Production

• Produce high-quality photography for campaigns, product launches, catalogues, e-commerce, lifestyle content, events, and behind-the-scenes documentation.

• Manage composition, lighting, styling, camera angles, and set arrangements during production.

• Direct models and talents to achieve natural, engaging, and brand-appropriate poses.

Video Production

• Produce engaging video content for campaigns, product highlights, social media, digital advertising, events, and behind-the-scenes content.

• Manage camera angles, movement, framing, lighting, audio, and visual storytelling.

• Direct models and talents to ensure their movements and expressions align with the creative direction.

Editing & Post-Production

• Edit and retouch to ensure polished and publication-ready results.

• Edit video footage, including sequencing, transitions, color grading, sound editing, motion graphics, and visual effects.

• Prepare final assets in the correct formats, dimensions, and resolutions for each platform.

Brand Consistency & Content Optimization

• Ensure all visual content aligns with ZUMA’s creative direction, visual identity, and brand standards.

• Maintain consistency in color, styling, visual quality, and storytelling across all brand touchpoints.

• Optimize content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, e-commerce, websites, and digital advertising.

Collaboration & Production Management

• Collaborate with the Creative, Marketing, Product, and other relevant teams throughout the production process.

• Coordinate production requirements, including talents, locations, props, styling, equipment, and schedules.

• Manage multiple projects from pre-production to final delivery while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, Film, or another related field.

• At least 3–4 years of proven experience as a Photographer, Videographer, or in a combined visual production role.

• Previous experience in fashion, product, lifestyle, retail, or creative agency environments is preferred.

• Strong skills in fashion and product photography, videography, visual composition, lighting, and creative storytelling.

• Proficient in using professional cameras, lighting equipment, audio equipment, and other production tools.

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent software.

• Strong understanding of video editing, color correction, color grading, sound editing, transitions, and visual effects.

• Passionate about fashion, visual storytelling, and building compelling brand narratives.

• Possesses a strong creative sense with a keen eye for aesthetics, styling, detail, and current visual trends.

• Understands social media content formats and audience behavior, particularly on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with Creative, Marketing, and other related teams.

• Flexible and willing to work on diverse projects both indoors and outdoors.

• Willing to work on-site in Surabaya.
