Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources or a similar role.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, personnel administration, payroll support, and labor regulations.
Experience in the logistics or E-commerce industry is adventageous
Experience in social security and Health Insurance administration and employment-related documentation.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and employment regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office application.
Experience in recruitment coordination and candidate management is highly desirable
Proficient in English both written and verbal
Job Description:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Manage employee records and maintain accurate HR databases and documentation systems
Prepare and administer employment contracts, HR letters, and other employee-related documents
Support payroll preparation, attendance monitoring, leave administration, and overtime records.
Handle employee benefits administration, including social security & Health Insurance registrations and updates
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and government requirements.
Assist in employee relations matters and support conflict resolution when necessary.
Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and workforce planning
