Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years experience as HR Admin, HRGA Admin, or HR Officer.
Experience in recruitment administration and employee data management.
Familiar with HRIS systems (Talenta experience is preferred).
Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Manage end-to-end recruitment administration, including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate documentation.
Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate recruitment activities.
Maintain employee database and HR records accurately through HRIS.
Prepare employment contracts and employee-related documents.
Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and employee administration.
Process employee onboarding and offboarding documentation.
Prepare monthly HR reports and support HR operational activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
