We're looking for an Accounting & Finance Manager to become a key strategic partner for the leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO.

You will:

• Partner directly with the CEO and founders on financial strategy

• Bring financial discipline to multi-region retail and online expansion

• Work in an AI-augmented finance culture — leveraging modern tools and systems to elevate team output

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Business Partnering

• Develop financial strategy supporting national retail and online expansion

• Provide rigorous analysis for business decisions (new store ROI, channel mix, capex)

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

• Monitor performance per branch and per channel

Accounting & Reporting

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting (daily, monthly, quarterly)

• Lead monthly closing and financial consolidation

• Build financial dashboards per branch and per channel

• Ensure compliance with PSAK and Indonesian accounting standards

Tax & Compliance

• Oversee tax planning and compliance (PPh 21/23/26, PPN, PBB)

• Coordinate with tax consultants and external auditors

• Strengthen governance and internal controls

Team Leadership & Systems

• Lead the Finance, Accounting & Tax team

• Build scalable SOPs and automate workflows

• Foster a data-driven, accountable culture

• Champion AI tool adoption to elevate team productivity

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA/CA is a plus)

• 5-8 years in Finance/Accounting/Tax

• Minimum 3 years as Finance Manager (or equivalent)

• Strong experience in retail, FMCG, or multi-branch business

• Proficient in ERP systems (Accurate or Odoo)

• Solid budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis skills

• Deep Indonesian taxation knowledge

• Leadership and communication skill

• Based in Surabaya (or willing to relocate)

Nice to Have

• Multi-branch retail operations experience.

• Proficient in using Accurate or Accurate Online.

• Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT in finance workflows.

• Exposure to fast-growing retail or D2C brands.
