Process Engineer

• Analyze, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

• Monitor and control process parameters to ensure stable and efficient production performance.

• Develop, review, and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and other problem-solving methodologies.

• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to achieve operational targets.

• Conduct process capability studies and identify opportunities for waste reduction and productivity enhancement.

• Support new product introduction and process validation activities.

• Monitor production process KPIs and prepare problem analysis reports
  

REQUIREMENT

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering (from reputable University)

• At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Strong analytical and hands-on skills

• Having knowledge about Automotive Engineering & Automotive Business

• Having knowledge about Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, SPC, 5 Why Analysis, Fishbone Diagram, and other continuous improvement tools.

• Good communication in English        

• Willing to work in Karawang, West Java
