Hardsell Host Live Streaming - Hair Care Product Experience
About the Role
Dr. Ville is looking for a passionate and energetic Hard Sell Host Live Streaming with hair care product experience to join our growing team in West Jakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling personal care products through live streaming platforms. You will engage with viewers, showcase products, drive conversions, and help achieve sales targets through effective hard-selling techniques.
Key Responsibilities
Live Hosting: Host engaging and interactive live streaming sessions on TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and other e-commerce platforms.
Product Advocacy: Demonstrate, style hair, and explain personal care products clearly and persuasively on-camera.
Sales Drive: Apply effective hard-selling techniques to maximize viewer conversions and increase GMV.
Audience Engagement: Actively interact with viewers, answer questions, handle objections, and build a loyal community during live sessions.
Content Creation: Create simple promotional short-form content as on-camera talent to support upcoming livestream activities.
Professionalism: Maintain a professional, willing to hair styling during live and a high-energy, positive attitude throughout all broadcasts.
Performance: Meet individual sales targets and performance KPIs, while providing feedback on customer preferences to the internal team.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1–4 years of experience as a Livestream Host, preferably within the hair care product, beauty, personal care, or FMCG industry.
Skills: Strong product presentation, sales communication, and the ability to confidently execute hard-selling strategies.
On-Camera Presence: Comfortable doing live hair styling, speaking to large audiences, and maintaining high energy.
Platform Savvy: Familiar with TikTok Shop Live, Shopee Live, or similar e-commerce streaming ecosystems.
Language: Ability to communicate in conversational English.
Education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's Degree graduates are welcome to apply.
Flexibility: Willing to work in shifts and work onsite in Kedoya, West Jakarta.
