Identify new potential merchants
Create, manage, and update sales funnel database
Conduct cold calls/outreach via phone, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or other social platforms
Engage with prospected merchants and respond to their inquiries and needs
Prepare and present company products/services to potential merchants
Follow up with existing merchants to understand their current situation and requirements
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Finance, etc.) to ensure smooth end-to-end acquisition
Handle partnership onboarding process (initial contact, NDA, documentation, etc.)
Maintain strong relationships and monitor merchant transactions consistently
Analyze onboarded merchant transactions and potential merchant funnel weekly
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related fields
1–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partnerships/Acquisitions (preferably in financial services or technology)
Good command of English, both spoken and written
Highly motivated, proactive, and strong in follow-ups
Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong analytical ability with commercial calculation thinking
Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools
Willing to work fully WFO in Jakarta Pusat
