JUNIOR SUPPORT ENGINEER

Responsibilities :

• Perform regular preventive maintenance checks on network device (e.g. routers, switches, firewalls, access points, etc.).

• Monitor device health, system logs, and performance indicators to detect early signs of issues.

• Ensure firmware, patches, and configuration updates are properly implemented as instructed.

• Assist in testing and verifying network availability, connectivity, and redundancy.

• Document preventive maintenance results, including checklists, reports, and recommendations.

• Escalate identified issues or abnormalities to senior engineers for further action.

• Maintain accurate inventory records of network equipment and their maintenance schedules.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching).

• Familiar with common network devices and operating systems.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures.

• Good communication and documentation skills.

• Willingness to learn and develop technical expertise in network engineering.

• Willing to travel around Indonesia for some period of time
