About the role
Midea Electronics Indonesia is seeking an Admin Warranty Claim Back to join our administrative and office support team. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing warranty claim documentation and backend administrative tasks. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that warranty claims are handled efficiently and accurately, supporting the smooth operation of our customer service and warranty management processes. This position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in warranty administration whilst contributing directly to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
What you'll be doing
Monitoring data WO closing ASP All Indonesia.
Make sure all job closings are complete with documents based on standard requirements. Include request invoice to ASP for final job verification and reminder them to send hardcopy document as mandatory.
Daily check Closing WO and do verification document & picture completeness
Do Validation SR by System and verification hard copy also.
Do a confirmation audit WO verification result and ask ASP to create an invoice.
Monitoring and controlling ASP AP lead time and coordination with Finance to do the payment on time.
Control & do collection ASP WO documents for the previous month to do physical document check.
Monitoring and controlling ASP AR and doing reminders for Payment to MPI on time.
Coordination with ASP Coordinator if ASP Admin facing difficulties and need a training system
Follow up on new ASP registration by collecting document requirements and requesting register to CSD IT Helpdesk
Make a standardization flow process for Midea warranty claim back to be used for All ASP networks.
Communicate well to ASPs to keep them following the rule of completeness closing job attachments & AR payment on time.
Be critical to correct the unmatched data with reality to ASP so they will be more careful and accurate in providing data.
What we're looking for
Minimum a Diploma III or Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Strong communication skills and highly adaptable to fast-paced environment.
Team player, self-driven and able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency.
