Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

• Manage and control documents and correspondence related to maintenance regulation

• Supervise, mentor, and coordinate a team of maintenance

• Oversee and directly support the execution of scheduled preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for production machinery

• Monitor machine performance KPIs (such as MTTR and MTBF) and lead immediate troubleshooting and repair efforts to minimize production downtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Maintenance Supervisor within the Automotive Manufacturing industry

• Strong practical knowledge and troubleshooting skills in Hydraulics & Pneumatis and Conveyor Systems.

• Deep understanding of electrical systems, including Electrical LVMDBStrong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and technical/engineering mindset

• Familiarity with automotive manufacturing fixtures, specifically Pokayoke systems and Jig maintenance

• Able to develop and manage maintenance strategies, SOPs, reports, and maintenance KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, RCM, IoT, downtime, and machine availability).

• Strong understanding of IATF 16949
