Supervisor HRD

About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Supervisor HRD to join our dynamic team at PT Buana Jaya Suplindo. As Supervisor HRD, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the Human Resources and Recruitment function, contributing to the strategic growth and success of our company. This full-time position is based in South Tangerang Banten.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervising and coordinating the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management

2. Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and enhance the employee experience

3. Providing guidance and support to line managers on HR-related matters, such as employee engagement, training, and development

4. Collaborating with the HR team to identify and address any HR-related issues or challenges

5. Analysis HR data and metrics to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement

6. Participating in the development and execution of HR initiatives that align with the company's overall business objectives

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Supervisor HRD or HR Generalist role

3. Strong knowledge of Indonesian lab our laws and HR best practices

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build effective relationships

6. Proficiency in data analysis and HR reporting

7. Adaptability and a proactive approach to addressing HR challenges
