Tenant Leasing Senior Staff (AEON MALL BSD CITY)

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or equivalent from a reputable University

2. Min. 3 years of experience in a shopping mall, specifically in leasing functions

3. High level of initiative and ability to work independently

4. Self-driven, hardworking and capable of achieving targets with minimal supervision

5. Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interactions with all levels of stakeholders

6. Fluent in English (Verbal & Written)

Job Descriptions:

1. Proactively approach and engage prospective tenants.

2. Conduct meetings and negotiations with potential tenants to secure leasing agreements.

3. Finalize lease deals and ensure alignment with company targets and guidelines.

4. Contribute to achieving leasing budgets and occupancy targets.

5. Monitor and oversee the tenant fit-out process to ensure compliance and timely execution.

6. Report leasing progress regularly to the superior and relevant stakeholders.

7. Serve as the liaison between the landlord and tenants, addressing issues and facilitating solutions.

8. To be able to follow the superior's direction to solve any problems between the landlord and tenants.
