Tanggung Jawab :
Melaksanakan proses permintaan penawaran (RFQ) kepada vendor sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan
Melakukan perbandingan harga, kualitas dan lead time supplier sebagai dasar pemilihan vendor
Melakukan monitoring dan follow up pengiriman material kepada supplier
Berkoordinasi dengan Warehouse, Production, Engineering dan user terkait kebutuhan material
Memberikan informasi harga pasar, lead time material dan referansi supplier kepada Estimator pada tahap penyusunan penawaran proyek
Kualifikasi :
Pendidikan minimal D3 atau S1 Teknik Industri
Pengalaman minimal 1-3 tahun di bidang procurement, pengadaan, atau purchasing dalam industri manufaktur/ konstruksi baja
Diutamakan memiliki pengetahuan dasar Procurement/Engineering/Manufacture khususnya bidang Oil & Gas
Pemahaman yang kuat tentang manajemen inventaris dan proses procurement dari awal hingga akhir.
Mahir menggunakan software procurement atau ERP system, serta Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
Kemampuan bekerja dalam tim dan memiliki integritas tinggi dalam menjalankan tugas.
