Qualifications:
Minimum 4+ years of experience as an Industrial Engineer
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (required)
Proven experience in process improvement, productivity analysis, and cost efficiency
Strong knowledge of time study, work measurement, line balancing, and capacity planning
Familiar with IE tools such as VSM, Kaizen, 5S, and PDCA
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to analyze and manage operational data effectively
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions
Demonstrates a strong continuous improvement mindset
Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential
Responsibilities:
Analyze and design workflows and production processes to maximize efficiency.
Develop and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
Conduct time and motion studies to identify areas for improvement.
Design and layout production facilities and equipment.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Develop and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process instructions.
Use simulation and modeling software to analyze production systems.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency and quality.
Implement Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
Conduct training sessions for staff on new processes and best practices
