What you will do :
Look for potential property prospects for acquisition
Make cold calls to offer Mamikos products to property owners
Handle cooperation agreements assisted by the legal team and establish good relationship with kos owners
Acquired rooms can be picked up to run smoothly and ensure that revenue targets are achieved
Standard-compliant reporting.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Management
Good communication, negotiation, presentation, interpersonal, and sales skills
At least 1 year of working experience (hospitality or startup background is a plus)
Passionate in sales, account management, and target oriented
Tech Savvy and willing to canvassing
Domiciled at Surabaya or willing to work onsite in Surabaya
