Finance Administration (Account Receivable & Accounting).
Requirement:
Indonesian Nationality / Local Hire Position.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), billing, and accounting.
Experienced in managing student receivables, preparing invoices, and following up on outstanding payments.
Strong understanding of accounting processes, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, preparation of basic financial reports, and basic knowledge of taxation.
Experience in handling bank transactions and coordinating with banks regarding fund placements such as investment arrangements.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas such as VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and Pivot Tables.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with parents, vendors, and banking partners.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain accuracy in financial records.
High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good command of English, both written and spoken, is preferred.
Experience working in an international school or educational institution is an advantage.
