Director of the Board

Responsibilities

1. Ensure the compliance of corporate governance 

2. Provide strategic business proposals or solutions to ensure the dynamic and profitable business growth.

3. Oversee the daily operations and ensure the health and sustainability of the company.

4. Good maintenance of government and public relationship and keep updating of the industry tendency and regulatory guidance.

5. Ad hoc tasks assigned or authorized by the Board.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above

2. 8 years or above experience as a senior level manager.

3. Familiar with the local regulations

4. Good communication skills internal and external.

5. Reliable and integrity.

6. Self-Driven, solution-oriented thinking, can-do attitude.

7. Can work under a fast-paced & multi-task environment and hands-on..

8. Native Bahasa speaker and English Workable.

9. Must be eligible and willing to undergo and pass the OJK Fit and Proper Test.
