Account Payable & Account Receivable

Job Qualification

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) and/or Accounts Payable (AP), preferably in the retail or FMCG industry.

3. Strong knowledge of credit control, billing, collections, invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, and customer account management.

4. Hands-on experience with SAP (FI/AR/AP modules) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

5. Good understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPN & PPh) and financial compliance requirements.

6. Familiarity with retail other income processes, including rebates, rafaksi, and promotional funding.

7. Strong analytical, reconciliation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

8. Excellent attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

9. Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
