This role is responsible for ensuring that raw plywood materials are efficiently received, production lines are accurately planned to meet demand for plywood pallets and end fitments, and finished goods are safely stored and dispatched to customers on time.
1. Inbound Material & Inventory Management
Oversee the receipt, unloading, and inspection of raw materials (plywood sheets, hardware, fasteners, etc.).
Maintain optimal inventory levels of raw materials to prevent production downtime while minimizing excess stock.
Implement and maintain an organized warehousing system for easy tracking and retrieval of different plywood grades and sizes.
2. Production Planning & Scheduling
Translate sales orders and forecasts into daily/weekly production schedules for the plywood processing lines (pallet and fitment assembly).
Coordinate with the workshop/production floor supervisors to ensure labor and machinery are aligned with the production plan.
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules dynamically to handle urgent orders or material shortages.
3. Outbound Logistics & Fulfillment
Manage the staging, packing, and loading of finished plywood pallets and end fitments.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal drivers to schedule timely deliveries.
Ensure all shipping documentation (bills of lading, packing lists, delivery receipts) is accurate and compliant.
