Job Description
Manage and optimize digital platforms, including Google Business Profiles, Meta Business Suite, and Linktree.
Drive SEO and SEM initiatives, including Google Ads, Location-Based Advertising (LBA), and SMS marketing campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations to improve engagement, conversions, and ROAS.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop and optimize digital advertising content and campaigns.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and reviews across digital channels to enhance customer satisfaction.
Support social media content planning, production, and community engagement.
Oversee in-store marketing and branding materials, ensuring alignment with brand standards and promotional campaigns.
Track key marketing and customer experience metrics and provide performance insights.
Job Qualification
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and CRM tools (Email/WhatsApp Blast).
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, creative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
