Conduct land, topographic, and boundary surveys to establish exact points, lines, elevations, and contours of the project site.
Operate and maintain surveying instruments, including Total Station, GPS/GNSS RTK, Auto Level (Waterpass), and 3D Laser Scanners.
Establish control points and benchmarks on-site to guide the construction and engineering teams.
Analyze, calculate, and process field measurement data using specialized surveying software.
Prepare precise survey reports, sketches, maps, and cross-section drawings.
Collaborate with CAD Draftsmen and Engineers to convert survey data into digital layouts (AutoCAD/GIS).
Perform "stake-out" procedures to mark exact locations for foundations, roads, utilities, and structural elements based on approved engineering blueprints.
Conduct "as-built" surveys during and after construction to verify that the work aligns with design specifications.
Identify and report any discrepancies between field conditions and design plans immediately to the Project Manager.
Ensure all surveying instruments are properly calibrated, maintained, and safely stored.
Adhere strictly to company health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies while working on-site.
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Geodetic Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related technical field (Vocational High School / SMK Geodesi graduates with extensive experience are welcome to apply).
