Construction Manager

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.

• Able to coordinate with General Manager/Management/Directors regading control and monitoring consultants and contractors work

• Proven experience of working drawings in Engineering (Civil) at least 5 years (preferably in Real Estate).

• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.

• Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design types of houses, shophouse and all product (project).

• Have a good ability to lead, committed, organized, analytical, and dynamic team playerTarget oriented, have the leadersihskills, problem solving, and integrity

• Visual awareness and an eye for detail.

• Communication and project management skills.

• Between 28 to 40 years of age.

• Has experience on property industry is PLUS

• Able to join immediately

• Working location: METLAND KAIRAGI, MANADO

Responsibilities :

• Lead the project management team to ensure the project running smoothly based on the plan

• Acquiring resources , and coordinating team member, contractor, subcontractor and consultant

• Manage and oversee the entire construction process, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation

• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards, and address any issues that arise.

• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any deviations from the planned schedule or budget and implementing corrective actions.

• Manage and resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process

• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress, quality, and safety practices, and provide guidance and support to construction teams.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of project activities, including progress reports, change orders, and project closeout documentation.
