THP Salary Range: IDR 8.000.000 – 10.000.000 per month
About the Role
As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all HR operations across multiple villa properties. You will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration, performance management, compliance, and organizational development to ensure all properties operate with a productive, engaged, and high-performing workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all Human Resources activities across multiple villa properties.
Lead recruitment processes including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and employee retention.
Ensure payroll, attendance, leave administration, overtime calculations, and employee benefits are processed accurately and on time.
Prepare payroll reports, HR reports, and workforce analysis using Microsoft Excel.
Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, procedures, and company regulations.
Handle employee relations matters, disciplinary processes, conflict resolution, and performance improvement plans.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
Coordinate performance appraisal processes and support managers in employee development initiatives.
Maintain employee records, contracts, HR documentation, and personnel databases.
Organize training and development programs to improve employee performance and engagement.
Work closely with Operations, Finance, and Property Management teams to support business objectives across all properties.
Provide regular HR reports, recommendations, and workforce updates to management.
Support organizational growth through workforce planning and talent management strategies.
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Experience managing HR operations for multiple properties, villas, hotels, hospitality groups, or similar industries is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, payroll processes, and HR best practices.
Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including payroll calculations, reporting, and data analysis.
Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) are required.
Strong leadership, organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
