The Social Media Manager is responsible for Woodara's day-to-day digital presence: content planning, production coordination, publishing, community monitoring, and performance reporting across Instagram, TikTok, and other active platforms.

This role focuses on execution and consistency. The SMM owns the content pipeline from planning to publishing and monitors all community interactions. When a negative comment or reputation issue is detected, the SMM escalates immediately to the Public Relations Manager — response and resolution is handled by PR. All work is tracked in ClickUp.


AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

Content Planning & Calendar Management:  Submit monthly content plan to Manajemen for approval by the 25th of the preceding month. Each content item must include: platform, format, topic, caption draft, hashtags, and target publish date. No content enters production without an approved brief in ClickUp. Late submission = escalation to Manajemen.

Content Production Coordination:  Coordinate with Drafter / photographer for visual assets. Submit visual briefs with minimum 5 working days lead time before publish date. Review and approve final visuals before scheduling. All assets must be attached to the ClickUp task — not stored only in Google Drive.

Publishing & Scheduling:  Publish content on schedule per approved calendar. Maximum tolerance: 2 hours from planned publish time. Update ClickUp task status to Published immediately after posting. Any post delayed beyond 2 hours requires a written note in ClickUp with reason.

Community Monitoring & Escalation:  Monitor all comments and DMs on Instagram and TikTok during business hours (09:00–18:00 WITA). Respond to general inquiries within 2 hours. Any negative comment, complaint, or reputation risk must be escalated to Public Relations within 30 minutes of detection — do not respond to complaints publicly. Pricing inquiries escalated to Account Manager. SMM does not handle crisis response directly.

Analytics & Monthly Reporting:  Prepare monthly performance report covering: reach, impressions, engagement rate per post and overall, follower growth, and top/bottom 3 performing posts. Report due by the 3rd of each month for the prior month. Include content recommendations for the following month based on data.

Brand Consistency:  All published content must align with Woodara brand guidelines (tone, visual style, messaging). No pricing, promotions, or official company statements may be published without explicit written Manajemen approval. Coordinate with PR when content involves partnerships, blogger features, or community collaborations.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  1. Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field

  2. Minimum 1–2 years managing social media accounts for a brand (not personal accounts.Hands-on experience producing content — including shooting with a camera (DSLR or mirrorless), not only smartphone. Experience with Instagram Reels and TikTok content creation and editing preferred. Portfolio of managed brand accounts with content production samples required at interview

  3. Proficient in Instagram, TikTok, and Meta Business Suite. Strong copywriting in Indonesian; basic English communication. Video and photo editing skills — proficient in CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent editing tools. Ability to operate a camera (DSLR or mirrorless) for content shoots independently.Ability to write clear visual briefs for designers and photographers. Familiar with analytics: reach, engagement rate, follower growth, CTR. Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data tracking. Proficient in Canva or equivalent for graphic content creation. Organized, deadline-driven, able to manage content pipeline independently. Comfortable with ClickUp or equivalent project management tools

  4. Content plan must be ready before the month begins — no last-minute requests. Must flag and escalate any reputation risk immediately to PR — no independent public response on complaints without clearance
