We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Admin to support our sales team and ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience handling administrative tasks related to sales activities.
Responsibilities :
Provide administrative support to the sales team.
Process sales orders and maintain accurate records.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports.
Coordinate with customers regarding orders and deliveries.
Update and manage customer databases.
Monitor sales documentation and filing systems.
Assist in preparing sales presentations and marketing materials.
Handle customer inquiries and follow up on sales activities.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Sales Admin or administrative role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.
