Production Manager/Asst. Manager

Responsibilities:

Responsible to always consistent to periodically review the employees performance and equipment that they used. Work closely with others team members to build strategies to maximize manufacturing process. Responsible of scheduling routine maintenance to keep the equipment running effectively and maintaining quality standards. Responsible to ensure that manufacturing process have an effective system that can control the entire production process. Responsible also to a production control system and ensures continuous production without any disturbances. Responsible to minimize wastage by increasing productivity continuously.

Job Description:

1. Lead and manage the Production teams on Company.

2. Create and control policies, standards, and other task that support proper of all Production department to achieve the specified standards and requirements.

3. Managed the safety risk on manufacturing area.

4. Managed the control process on manufacturing area to deliver real time data, high accuracy data and effectiveness of each manufacturing process.

5. Responsible for a proper understanding of the production process and inventory consumption for the production in order to avoid overstocking or understocking inventories and responsible for a proper understanding of the production process and inventory consumption for the production in order to avoid overstocking or understocking inventories.

6. Maintaining proper inventory levels helps to increase the productivity of the production as well as to minimize the wastage of materials.

7. Responsible for Internal Audit, Product Audit, Process Audit, Costumer Audit & Quality Management System Audit.

8. Minimize waste on the production line to increasing productivity.

9. Responsible to identify all the available production methods and analyze the advantages and disadvantages to decide the best and most profitable manufacturing methods for the product that can ensure a good quality product.

10. Create and Control Production Department Budget in accordance with what has been set by the Company (including OPEX & CAPEX).

11. Other tasks given by the Company fairly.

Requirements:

1. Agile, result-oriented, collaborative.

2. Have at least 4 years’ work experiences as Production Manager or 8 years’ work experiences as Production Supervisor, experienced in Automotive Manufacturer or equivalent.

3. Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Automotive Manufacturer.

4. Familiar with FMEA/QCPC, Quality Management System, and Audit (System & Product Audit).

5. Strong understanding of end-to-end production processes, materials management, and cost estimation.

6. Develop and manage production cost budget and maintain the expenses within budget.

7. Manage production team to achieve production target.

8. Determine equipment, material and manpower requirements for production activities.

9. Monitor production activities and adjust schedules for on-time delivery.

10. Evaluate and investigate production issues and develop resolutions.

11. Evaluate and recommend cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality standards.

12. Evaluate and suggest process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity.

13. Ensure finished goods meets quality standards and customer specifications.

14. Ensure that team follows company policies and safety standards.

15. Works and collaborating with others manager to achieve cost efficiency.

16. Must have experience specialized in Automotive Industry.

17. To be placed in Greenland International Industrial Center (GIIC) – Bekasi.
