Qualification & Experience:

• Having work experience in the same field (Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply)

• Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written)

• Able to communicate in English

• Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Task & Responsibility

• Welcome and assist guests warmly and professionally

• Provide information about the restaurant, menu, promotions, and services

• Assist guests in making informed dining decisions

• Handle restaurant reservations, including receiving booking requests, confirming reservations

• Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure a smooth guest experience

• Address guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally

• Collaborate with other team members to maintain excellent service standards
