- Update Bank Recapitulation BCA and Mandiri Bank (PT. SLM & PT. SLI)
- Key in for RE- to Globe3
- Creat Tax Invoices for PT. SLM & PT. SLI
- Monthly Tax Report for VAT (PT. SLM & PT. SLI)
- Pulling xendit report (Credit Card)
- Pulling Shopify reports for the General Journal of PT. Swee Lee Indonesia
- Withdrawing sales balance from the Shopee application and pulling its report
- Assisting with banking-related tasks
- Creating withholding tax slips and monthly reporting PPh 23 & 4(2)
- Handle Swee Lee Indonesia's petty cash
- Updating distribution transactions
Requirements :
1. Minimum S1 in accounting.
2. At least 2 year of working experience in accounting and tax
3. Deep knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations in Indonesia
4. Proficient in using accounting software (ERP)
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
6. Required Language (s): Bahasa Indonesia, English.
7. Having experience working in an auditor is preffered
8. IT skills required: Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
9. Having sertification in accounting and taxation (Brevet A & B)
10. Domicile in Jakarta
