Finance Staff ( Supervisor Level )

The Finance Staff is required to manage all financial functions such as to assist in the development, performance and maintenance of the financial activities of the organization Staff finance help finance managers with administrative and financial tasks

Key Responsibilities:

1. Takes responsibility for the planning and execution of financial duties of PT. Daesang Ingredients Indonesia.

2. Prepares financial statements, reports, and forecasts for the business to ensure financial stability.

3. Drafts budgets, income statements, balance sheets, and reports required by regulatory authorities.

4. Manages the risks involved in the financial activities of the business.

5. Estimates short and long-term financial objectives by setting performance targets.

6. Compiles financial reports and supervises month-end processes.

Position Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting.

2. 3 years of experience in financial position. Financial position in Manufacturing is A Must.

3. A good understanding of financial management obligations, especially statutory obligations and requirements.

4. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

5. Advanced knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling.

Skills Needed For This Role:

The Staff must have the proficiency in financial planning software such as Microsoft Excel and SAP. He / She must have the ability to work independently, must have excellent report-writing and communication skills and have an outstanding attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
