About the Role:
Provide direct support to the President Director by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and assisting with daily administrative and strategic tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the President Director’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
Prepare and coordinate documents, reports, and presentations
Act as a liaison between the President Director and internal/external stakeholders
Organize meetings, including preparation of materials and meeting minutes
Handle correspondence (emails, letters, and other communications) professionally
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Provide administrative and operational support as required
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
High level of integrity and discretion
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and PowerPoint)
Proficiency in English speaking and writing
Well-groomed with a professional demeanor
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting senior executives or board-level management
Strong problem-solving skills
Flexible with working hours and high mobility
