HR Supervisor

PT YKK ZIPCO INDONESIA has been operating since 1989 in Indonesia. Today, we are entering a period of transition and stepping up to a new level of raising our awareness.

Then from that, we are looking for the best person to fill the new candidate as Human Resources Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily Human Resources activities.

• Ensure recruitment processes are conducted effectively and efficiently.

• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.

• Manage employee relations and handle industrial relations issues and workplace conflicts.

• Organize, monitor, and evaluate employee training and development programs.

• Prepare regular HR reports and provide insights and recommendations to management.

• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Law, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Supervisor or in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial company.

• Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.

• Good understanding of Industrial Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, and Training & Development.

• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

• Able to communicate actively in English, both spoken and written.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR administration.

• Willing to be placed in Cibitung, Bekasi.
