We are seeking experienced candidates as a KOL & Affiliate Specialist, especially at Shopee and TikTok to handle end-to-end collaborations with KOL & Affiliate for our brands to enhance brand presence and sales.

Job Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree or above from any majors; passionate about e-commerce or digital marketing.

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience as a KOL & Affiliate Specialist.

  • Willing to be placed in Cikarang Pusat (KITIC Area), WFO 100%, and can join ASAP.

  • Have an intermediate level of English to be able to communicate well.

  • Able to operate basic Excel operations skills.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strong analytical and research capabilities.

  • Deep understanding of social media and media landscapes.

  • Proven track record in creative and innovative campaign management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research for KOL & Affiliate to identify and engage with key influencers in the Home Living sector at E-Commerce platform (Shopee, TikTok Shop prefered)

  • Establish and maintain strong, productive relationships with KOL & Affiliate.

  • Lead negotiations to secure beneficial agreements and collaborations.

  • Develop and execute strategic campaigns to enhance brand presence and sales.

  • Monitor and analyze KOL & Affiliate performance, providing insights and reports on campaign results.
