Job Description:
Manage and oversee marketplace platforms including Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada.
Execute and monitor all functions related to platform operations and inquiries.
Collaborate closely with the Brand Marketing team to ensure platform activities are aligned and optimized, including driving traffic and maintaining conversion rates (CR).
Maintain store hygiene, including:
- Product listing management
- Store decoration and visual updates
- Promotion setup (pricing, vouchers, GWP, bundles, etc.)
- Handling customer service escalations from BSF/customer support
Conduct competitor monitoring and market mapping, including: NPD, campaign activities, marketplace activations and promotions, pricing and assortment benchmarking.
Prepare and analyze performance reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, including key metrics tracking and actionable insights.
Manage marketplace campaigns by evaluating suitable campaign participation, submitting registrations, and monitoring campaign performance.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience as an E-Commerce Key Account Specialist with a proven track record of strong sales performance.
Experience working at platforms such as Shopee, TikTok, Tokopedia, or Lazada as a Relationship Manager or used to working in enabler is preferred
Familiar wtih all platform seller centre (espc Shopee, TikTok & Tokopedia)
Fluent in English.
Proficient in using Excel for data processing and PowerPoint for reporting purposes.
Ability to develop and strategize action plans to drive business growth and translate them into monthly and annual activations.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify connections across multiple data sets and derive meaningful insights.
