SHIPPING PROJECT ADMIN
Job Descripstion
•Prepare and maintain daily recap reports on charter vessel movements.
•Develop and prepare stowage plans.
•Update and manage the seafreight inquiry management dashboard.
•Coordinate data between the Operations and Chartering Departments.
•Collect and verify the validity of charter vessel documents (both documentation and field verification).
•Monitor and record the positions of charter vessels for sourcing purposes.
•Participate in evaluating business processes within the unit to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
•Enhance the quality of stowage plan drawings and daily vessel position reporting.
Qualification
•Minimum Diploma (D3) or equivalent in Engineering, Nautical Studies, Logistics, Port Management, or Maritime Business.
•Minimum GPA of 2.75 (4.00 scale).
•At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office and 2D CAD drafting software.
•Strong knowledge of ship operations and certifications.
