Finance Staff

HHR Lawyers is looking for a Finance Staff who will be responsible for a full range of financial functions, including maintaining accurate financial records; handling petty cash and monitoring daily transactions; preparing and verifying payment documents; assisting in the preparation of financial reports; ensuring proper filing of all financial documents; and maintaining compliance with internal policies, procedures, and financial regulations.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Banking.

• At least 1 year of working experience in Finance or Accounting field (Fresh graduate are welcome).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and consistency.

• Demonstrates integrity, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility.

• Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills.
