Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in Event
Build strategic partnerships with vendors, agencies, sponsors, and corporate clients
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and partnership offers
Conduct market research to identify trends and client needs
Assist in developing marketing strategies and MICE products/packages
Supervise and mentor Business Development staff to achieve targets
Coordinate across divisions (Sales, Operations, Marketing) to ensure smooth project execution
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development/Sales, preferably in the MICE/Event/Hospitality industry
Strong market analysis and proposal development skills
Communicative, persuasive, and possesses strong leadership qualities
Results-oriented with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
Proficiency in English is an advantage
