HHR Lawyers is looking for an Admin Staff who will be responsible for supporting daily administrative operations, including document management and filing; data entry and record keeping; preparation of administrative documents and reports; schedule coordination; office supply monitoring; and ensuring that administrative processes are carried out efficiently and accurately.
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any discipline.
• At least 1 year of working experience in an administrative role, with exposure to payroll administration and employee records management.
• Familiar with BPJS (Health and Employment) administration and employee insurance processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
