IT&GA Officer
RESPONSIBLE FOR IT SUPPORT AND GENERAL AFFAIR
Job Descriptions:
Provide IT support for employees including troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, and network issues
Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers for maintenance and upgrades
Manage office facilities and general affairs operations, including office supplies, equipment, and workspace maintenance
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the same position (exp in developer or property company is a plus)
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software troubleshooting, and networking basics (LAN/WAN, routers, Wi-Fi)
Experience managing IT assets and office facilities is an advantage
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical ability
Willing to be placed at Sentul, Bogor
