Procurement - Freight Forwarding

Requirements:

- Min. D3/S1 preferably from Management, Logistic, Business, or Industrial Engineering major

- Min 1-2 years experience in procurement/pricing for freight forwarding company/logistics (potential fresh graduates are considered)

- Understand freight cost components (trucking, handling, documents, etc.)

- Have good cross-division communication & coordination; thorough and detailed

- Proficient in MS Excel/spreadsheets & vendor data administration

Job Description:

- Price negotiation & vendor management (carrier, trucking, depot, shipping line)

- Able to source & negotiate rates with vendors/subcontractors

- Vendor database management & bid comparison (cost analysis)

- High integrity & ability to maintain confidentiality of pricing data
