Responsibilities

Inventory Management

Maintain accurate stock records for incoming and outgoing goods.

Update inventory data regularly in Excel or the company system.

Monitor stock levels and report any stock discrepancies.

Assist in regular stock opname and inventory checking.

Ensure all stock movements are properly recorded and documented.

Warehouse Operations

Assist in receiving, checking, and organizing incoming goods.

Prepare and check outgoing goods before delivery.

Coordinate picking, packing, and shipment preparation.

Prepare warehouse documents such as delivery notes, invoices, packing lists, and related documents.

Ensure warehouse areas are organized, clean, and safe.

Data Entry & Reporting

Input and update warehouse data accurately.

Prepare daily and monthly reports related to stock, orders, damaged goods, and warehouse activities.

Ensure all warehouse records are accurate, complete, and up to date.

Support administrative tasks related to warehouse operations.


E-Commerce Order Handling

Process daily online orders from platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, Tokopedia, and other marketplaces.

Print AWB, packing lists, and other shipping documents.

Update order status, including packed, shipped, completed, or returned.

Coordinate with courier services such as J&T, JNE, SiCepat, and other logistics partners.

Handle basic order issues, returns, and shipment follow-up.


Requirements

Minimum Senior High School / Vocational High School; Diploma is preferred.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse administration, inventory, logistics, or e-commerce operations.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Familiar with stock records, inventory updates, and warehouse documentation.

Detail-oriented, responsible, organized, and accurate in data entry.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication and coordination skills.


Preference Qualifications

Experience in warehouse workflow and stock opname.

Familiar with e-commerce order processing.

Experience handling marketplace platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, or Tokopedia.

Familiar with courier and logistics coordination.

Able to work independently and support operational needs.
