Key Responsibilities
1. HR Administration
Maintain and update employee records and personnel databases.
Prepare and manage HR documents, including employment contracts, confirmation letters, warning letters, and other HR correspondence.
Monitor and maintain employee attendance records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly attendance reports and support payroll administration by providing accurate attendance data.
Coordinate with employees and relevant departments to resolve attendance-related discrepancies.
Support recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
Assist in the administration of employee benefits and mandatory employment programs.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company records.
2. Asset & Office Management
Manage company asset records, including asset registration, allocation, transfer, maintenance, and return.
Conduct periodic asset inventory and ensure accurate asset documentation.
Coordinate office facilities, office supplies, and operational requirements.
Support procurement activities for office equipment and general operational needs.
Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and organized working environment.
3. General Affairs & Administrative Support
Prepare proposals and supporting documents for HRGA activities, company events, and operational requirements.
Create and process Payment Requests (PR) for purchases and operational expenses through the company groupware system.
Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding procurement and payment processes.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of proposals, PRs, invoices, and other administrative records.
Support Business Trip arrangements for employees and Management (VISA, Ticket and other accommodation)
Assist in organizing company events, employee engagement programs, and internal activities.
4. Global Communication
Communicate and coordinate with the Global/Korean Team regarding HRGA-related matters.
Support cross-functional communication to ensure smooth business operations.
5. Other Responsibilities
Support HRGA projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
Perform other HRGA-related duties and assignments as directed by management.
Requirements :
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
Minimum 3 Year Experience in HR Administration or General Affairs.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Korean Language proficiency will be strong advantage and preferred
Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and able to multitask.
