Project Management Specialist (Construction Store Development)

This opportunity consists of 3 positions with strong involvement in managing retail, F&B, and commercial store construction projects. The required competencies are focused on project management, project control, operational improvement, and cross-functional coordination related to store development projects.

Please note that the PMO scope for this opportunity is specifically focused on managing new store opening (NSO) and construction projects, not PMO roles related to IT systems or digital transformation projects.

2. Timeline & Budget Controller Specialist (Manager Level)

3. Project Management Office (PMO) NSO Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Management, Project Management, Construction Management, or related fields

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management , project control, continuous improvement, operational excellence

• Have experience in managing retail, F&B, or commercial projects

• Strong understanding of store construction and opening processes, including project timeline management, budgeting, progress monitoring, and cross-functional coordination

• Able to monitor projects, identify risks, and ensure project execution is aligned with timelines and targets

• Familiar with using Microsoft Project, Excel, Google Spreadsheet, and other project monitoring tools for project timeline tracking and reporting

• Experience in developing SOPs, workflows, dashboard monitoring, reporting systems, or process improvement initiatives is an advantage

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and project coordination skills

• Able to manage and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders such as Construction, Procurement, Real Estate, Operations, Finance, as well as vendors/contractors

• Proficient in Microsoft Project, especially Excel, spreadsheet, and familiar with project management, reporting, or dashboard monitoring tools

• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

• Able to adapt in a dynamic working environment with tight project timelines

• Willing to work full WFO in Pakisaji, Malang Regency, East Java
