Main Job Description:
• Reporting directly to Payroll Leader, you will be responsible to Process fortnightly and monthly payroll for temporary employees and contract employees
• To Ensure payments are in accordance with regulatory guidelines
• Processing of tax payment for resigned staff and NS claims
• Handling queries on payroll matters
• Handling of invoicing after settling payroll
• Collaborate with the Regional Team in a continuous and ongoing process for enhancements through suggestions or feedback
• All ad-hoc assignments given by Payroll Leader
Requirements:
• Possess at least Diploma in Business or Accounting or equivalent
• A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in handling payroll outsourcing or internal (around 300-500 HC), BPJS, Coretax, PPh21
• Experience in General Affairs (GA) will be an advantage, but is not mandatory.
• Fluent in English
• Able to handle high volume of work and able to meet deadlines
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Dedication and drive to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Desire for self-learning, improvement, and career growth
