Junior Production Leader (Fresh Graduate)

This position is designed for fresh graduates and junior professionals (0-1 years experience).

Job Description (Production Leader):

• Support the supervision of daily production activities to ensure operations run smoothly and meet targets

• Coordinate with team members on the shop floor to ensure work is carried out according to plan

• Assist in preparing and executing daily production plans in line with department objectives

• Monitor production processes and report any issues, delays, or abnormalities to the supervisor

• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP), safety, and quality standards

• Provide basic guidance and direction to operators when needed

• Prepare daily production reports, including output and any operational challenges

• Collaborate with related departments to support smooth production flow

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the production area

Job Requirements (Production Leader):

• Fresh Graduate Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.

• Bachelor Degree (S1) graduates are overqualified for this position and will not be prioritized.

• Basic leadership capability with a strong sense of responsibility

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Willing to work in a shift schedule

• Adaptive and willing to learn in a production environment

• Able to communicate in English (written and spoken) is a MUST

• Willing to be placed on-site in Kawasan MM2100, Cikarang Barat
