Job Description 

  • Assist in monitoring inventory levels to support sales team requirements.

  • Coordinate and arrange delivery schedules to customers.

  • Prepare delivery documents (Delivery Order/DO) prior to shipment and collect signed DO after delivery completion.

  • Conduct monthly stock take (inventory counting) at the end of each month.

  • Manage and coordinate import processes, including documentation and shipment tracking.

  • Organize and supervise container unloading activities.

  • Record and update incoming goods in the inventory system accurately.

  • Monitor maintenance schedules of operational vehicles, including ensuring all vehicle permits and licenses are valid.

  • Arrange and manage proper storage of goods in the warehouse.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

  • Perform any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time


Requirements 

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Management, Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 year of experience as a Logistics Admin, Warehouse Admin, or in a related position is preferred.

  • Good understanding of logistics, inventory, and delivery processes. Able to prepare and manage documents such as Delivery Orders (DO), Invoices, Purchase Orders (PO), and shipping documents.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.

  • Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems is an advantage.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.

  • Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Experience in stock opname and inventory monitoring.

  • Understanding of import/export processes.

  • Basic English communication skills, both written and spoken. Honest, responsible, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
