Job Description:
Oversee and execute corporate social media content across official channels.
Drive process improvement initiatives related to social media and digital communication workflows, including approval and escalation processes.
Lead corporate branding and communication for external exhibitions and events.
Manage corporate branding booths for key institutional events, including but not limited to MOI, MOH, BPOM, other CorCom and stakeholder events.
Develop and manage the corporate communication calendar, ensuring timely execution of planned communication activities.
Support communication-related aspects of AGMS, including corporate branding and visual materials.
Participating in special corporate communication projects.
Job Requirements:
University degree in any discipline, preferably Communication, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Min. 3 years of relevant experience in corporate communication, public relations, or related roles.
Experience from pharmaceutical and/or FMCG industries is preferred due to regulatory and reputational exposure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders.
Solid business acumen and problem‑solving skills.
Good analytical and creative thinking capability to support content development and communication planning.
Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively in a matrix organization and coordinate with internal teams and external service providers.
Strong awareness of regulatory frameworks, guidelines, and compliance requirements, particularly relevant to communication in a regulated and public‑company environment.
Understanding of how corporate communication supports compliance, disclosure principles, and reputation management.
