JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Review contracts and other legal documentation where the Company has committed itself, identify legal and commercial issues, and escalate significant risks or deviations to the Head of Legal / Legal Manager for direction and approval.
Support the Head of Legal / Legal Manager by acting as a key liaison between the legal team and internal business stakeholders in relation to day‑to‑day legal matters.
Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors as the legal function point of contact for in‑house and third‑party legal applications, ensuring proper rollout and adoption within the legal team, under the direction of the Head of Legal.
Develop and maintain compliance checklists and standard templates to support legal and regulatory requirements, and ensure consistent use by the legal team and relevant business units.
Monitor compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations applicable to the Company, report findings and potential issues to the Head of Legal / Legal Manager, and assist in implementing corrective actions as required.
Prepare draft monthly and quarterly departmental reports, summaries, and compliance updates for review by the Head of Legal/Legal Manager prior to executive management meetings.
Prepare, review, and update contractual instruments and legal documentation to support business activities, in accordance with guidelines, precedents, and instructions issued by the Head of Legal.
Support and participate in contract negotiations and business transactions, including preparing documentation, coordinating information flow, and ensuring that required checklists and supporting materials are submitted in a timely manner.
Assist the Head of Legal/Legal Manager with internal legal projects, policy updates, and process improvement initiatives as required
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Law
Min 2 or 3 years of relevant legal experience in any in-house legal function or law firm with the related positions, preferably within the FMCG and pharmaceutical industries
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to review and draft legal and business documentation in English.
Demonstrated experience in contract review, compliance support, and day-to-day legal advisory work
