Requirements:
Bachelor (S1) / Master Degree (S2) of Law / Psychology / MSDM / Industrial Relation
Minimum 10 years experience as HRGA Assistant Manager
Minimum 5 years Experience as HRGA Manager (or) in handling a minimum of 700 employees
Mastering the management system of labor law regulations,
Fluent in English and Japanese (want)
Able to make company regulations / PKB, board of directors' decisions letter, and other regulations in the HRGA
Have a good relation with Labor union and third parties (Dinas Ketenagakerjaan, Local communites, dll)
Computer literate (Ms Office - Word, Excel, Ppt)
Excelent in analytical, decision making, communications, leadership, negotiating, adaptability and educational skills
Able to act as an agent of change
