Warehouse Manager
About This Role
As a Warehouse Manager at HMNS, you will lead end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient distribution, and on-time order fulfillment. You will manage and develop the warehouse team, drive operational excellence, and maintain a safe, organized, and scalable warehouse environment to support HMNS' growth.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Warehouse or Logistics operations, preferably in FMCG, Beauty, F&B, or Consumer Goods industries.
Minimum 3 years of experience leading warehouse teams.
Proven experience managing inventory, distribution, and multi-channel outbound operations.
Familiar with ERP (Odoo / SAP / etc) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting.
Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, warehouse storage methods, and occupational health & safety (K3) standards.
Willing to be placed in Bekasi.
